This is an A4 Sketch of this Sassanid Cataphract Horseman. They were Sarmatians, Armenians and Parthians. The Greeks called them "cataphractii! (covered over) because of their heavy armour. This piece is inspired by the Work of Dr Zvonimir Grbasic and Velimir Vuksic.
